If you’re going to the effort of exercising to help you lose weight, make sure your efforts are effective. Find out if you’re on the right track by watching this week’s video.

For a long time ‘fat burning’ exercise like jogging or lengthy workouts in the gym have been the thing to do to lose weight.

However, when you regularly do something your body quickly adapts to what you’re asking of it. So if you exercise in a way that requires fat for fuel – what are you asking your body to do?

Some types of exercise actually encourage your body to lay down fat.
