Welcome to the 12 week challenge!

Before you start – get a little notebook and begin by putting your waist measurement in, and your weight too if you’d like too.

Take a few brief notes from each of the videos, it will help you remember what you’re about to learn – making you much more likely to put it into practice to get the results you’re after.

I’ve found that the most successful people who lost their weight, are those who keep a record of their learning and progress – take a leaf out of their book and do the same, starting right now.

Once you’ve got your note book, dive into the first video.

When you’ve achieved anything worthwhile and look back on what’s happened, and what you’re done to get there – you realise you’ve gone on a bit of a journey and you’ve gone through a certain amount of change. Weight loss is no different when you do it right.  

Any journey can only be completed when you know where you’re going. With that in mind – where are you going regarding your health and weight?

I find that most people who are struggling with their weight aren’t clear about what they want. Most people are focused on where they are now – their excess weight, the fact their clothes don’t fit, their lack for fitness, and whatever it is for you. This kind of focus is like an anchor in the ground, helping to keep you stuck right where you are.

The foundation of improving your health and losing your weight is making a decision about what you want instead, and beginning to focus on that. You need to be clear about this.

At this stage in the process forget about how you’re going to do it.

The ‘how to’ comes AFTER the decision about what you want. When it comes too soon and you don’t know the answer there’s a tendency for the mind to close and come to the conclusion you can’t do it. That is coming from memories of past failures and not where it needs to come from – your potential.

Deciding what you want, and knowing how to present it to your subconscious mind begins the process of tapping into your potential. It’s only after you’ve engaged your mind properly that you can move onto the ‘how to’.

This week’s homework is getting clear about what you want, and presenting it to your subconscious in a way to begin laying down the framework for successful weight loss. I give some tips how you do that in the video.
