Welcome to the 12 week challenge!

Before you start – get a little notebook and begin by putting your waist measurement in, and your weight too if you’d like too.

Take notes from each of the videos, it will help you remember what you’re about to discover.

Write down what you learn, and what the information makes you think about.

I’ve found that the most successful people who do Uber Slim, are those that keep a record of their learning and progress – take a leaf out of their book and do the same, starting right now.

Once you’ve got your note book, dive into the first video.
