There are limited places for this first and, one time only, free course. Most places have gone already.
This has worked amazingly well for the people I’ve worked with one on one.
The course starts Thursday 20th June and this is this shape it will take:
- Weekly online meetings via Google Hangout (I will help you set this up, it’s easy)
- It will run over 6 weeks with additional help and support from me for a further 6 weeks
- You will receive information from me before each meeting – to get you thinking along the right lines
- I will give you lots more information at the Hangout and you can ask me questions
- You will have the opportunity to email me between meetings for extra help and advice if you need it
Contents of the course:
- This is NOT A DIET but a change in diet
- It is an education about food and health
- The idea is to make gradual changes and know why you are making them
This is for you if:
- You value your heatlh and want to learn how to be healthier
- You want to lose fat gradually until you reach your ideal weight
- You want certainty that you will never be overweight again
This is NOT for you if:
- Your are looking for a quick fix
