Over the last 5 years my weight has gradually increased and my shape totally changed, I had gained over one and a half stones and jumped 2 dress sizes. I wasn’t happy but really thought it was “middle age spread” and unavoidable. I also thought I had quite a healthy diet!

John Yates – Before
John had been suffering for years with terrible indigestion, as a result of not taking care over what he ate, and the consequent weight gain that came along with that.
