Welcome to Your Sixth Tip!

This tip builds a little on last week’s, and gets you thinking about eating and hunger.

I’ve got 2 questions for you:

  1. Do you EVER eat when you’re not hungry?
  2. Do you EVER eat beyond feeling satisfied, and end up feeling overfull or even bloated?

If like me and nearly everyone else you answered yes to one or both questions, there is more to play than just hunger driving your eating habits.

Every time you eat when your body doesn’t need it you risk laying down excess fat, so this is definitely something that needs looking at.

In the video I share a very simple tool to act as a thought provoker in these two situations, with the aim of beginning to interrupt your bad habits. This gives you a moment to think before you go running on autopilot.

Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this – simple things work. But only if you use them!
